Job Opportunity

This is a unique chance for an ambitious and meticulous professional to excel as a Personal Injury Case Coordinator. The ideal candidate will possess at least 1 year of experience working in a Personal Injury law firm, with a solid grasp of legal procedures, terminology, and practices.

The successful candidate will be responsible for assessing new cases, developing strategic plans, and overseeing their implementation. They will also manage case files, maintain accurate records, and communicate regularly with clients.

In addition, the candidate will collaborate with external experts and vendors as needed, provide ongoing support to the legal team, and conduct legal research and prepare relevant documents.

Responsibilities:
  • Assess new cases and provide initial evaluations to the legal team
  • Develop strategic plans and oversee their implementation
  • Manage case files and maintain accurate records of all case activity
  • Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates on case status and address their queries
  • Act as the primary liaison between clients and the legal team, ensuring that clients are informed and satisfied with the progress of their cases
  • Collaborate with external experts and vendors as needed to ensure that clients receive the best possible representation
  • Provide ongoing support and guidance to the legal team as they work on individual cases
  • Conduct legal research and prepare relevant documents
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience working in a Personal Injury law firm
  • Solid knowledge of legal procedures, terminology, and practices
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage multiple cases and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Proven ability to work independently as well as part of a team
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and other case management software
