
Lead Generation and Business Development Professional

As a Lead Generation Specialist, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities to drive growth and revenue for our clients.
- Manage and optimize the customer relationship management (CRM) system to improve operational activities and lead generation.
- Prospect for new clients through various lead sources via phone calls, chats, and/or emails.
- Respond to incoming leads from internet sources, referrals, sign calls, etc. via phone calls, chats, and/or emails.
- Input information into the database and create an effective touchpoint mechanism for these leads.
- Conduct lead follow-up and nurture until appointments are set via phone calls, chats, and/or emails.
- Measure conversion ratios and meet performance benchmarks.
- Associate or Bachelor's degree in any field.
- Prior telemarketing experience is preferred but not required.
- Ability to communicate effectively with peers and customers both in written and verbal form.
- Proficiency with MS Office Suite, Google Suite, and other data management tools.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Detail and quality orientation, motivated by achievements, and collaborative.
- Ability to manage and organize competing demands and a diverse workload.
- Ability to work independently following the client's business hours.
