Job Description

As a Lead Generation Specialist, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities to drive growth and revenue for our clients.

  • Manage and optimize the customer relationship management (CRM) system to improve operational activities and lead generation.
  • Prospect for new clients through various lead sources via phone calls, chats, and/or emails.
  • Respond to incoming leads from internet sources, referrals, sign calls, etc. via phone calls, chats, and/or emails.
  • Input information into the database and create an effective touchpoint mechanism for these leads.
  • Conduct lead follow-up and nurture until appointments are set via phone calls, chats, and/or emails.
  • Measure conversion ratios and meet performance benchmarks.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Associate or Bachelor's degree in any field.
  • Prior telemarketing experience is preferred but not required.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with peers and customers both in written and verbal form.
  • Proficiency with MS Office Suite, Google Suite, and other data management tools.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Detail and quality orientation, motivated by achievements, and collaborative.
  • Ability to manage and organize competing demands and a diverse workload.
  • Ability to work independently following the client's business hours.
