Job Title: Team Manager

This role involves leading and managing a team of lead generation specialists to achieve consistent performance and meet monthly targets.

Key responsibilities include overseeing daily outbound campaigns, ensuring accurate CRM data entry, developing call scripts and workflows, conducting regular performance reviews, and analyzing performance data.

A successful candidate will have 4+ years experience in lead generation or appointment setting, strong leadership skills, and expertise in CRM platforms and dialler systems. Additionally, they should be proficient in MS Office Suite, particularly Excel for analysis and reporting.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Lead generation or appointment setting experience with at least 2 years in a leadership role
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and dialler systems
  • Background in B2B lead generation
  • Knowledge of sales funnel management and pipeline optimization
