We are looking for a skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and support.

- Follow established communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
Requirements:
- At least 1 year of experience as a Customer Service Representative in a B2C or B2B capacity.
- Excellent English communication skills, with a minimum B2 level.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Tech-savvy, familiar with current technologies such as CRM, VoIP, and cloud services.
- Able to work on a graveyard shift.
