About the job IT Support Specialist Role 1: IT Support Specialist (MSP Tools & Admin)

Focus: Day-to-day IT support with experience in Kaseya/Datto, G Suite, Microsoft 365, and core networking/remote support.

Role Requirements IT Support Specialist

Core Responsibilities:

  • Provide Tier 12 remote technical support for desktops, mobile devices, printers, and office networks

  • Administer and troubleshoot Google Workspace (G Suite) and Microsoft 365 environments (email, permissions, MFA, etc.)

  • Support users via remote desktop tools (e.g., TeamViewer, ConnectWise Control, RDP)

  • Monitor, manage, and resolve tickets using Kaseya (RMM) and Datto (backup/DR) tools

  • Troubleshoot basic network issues (e.g., DNS, DHCP, IP conflicts, Wi-Fi, firewalls)

  • Maintain IT documentation and SOPs

Required Skills & Experience:

  • 3 years working in MSP or IT support environments

  • Hands-on experience with Kaseya VSA, Datto RMM, or equivalent tools

  • Proficient in managing G Suite Admin Console and Microsoft 365 Admin Center

  • Familiarity with common firewalls, routers, switches

  • Strong communication and ticket documentation skills
