We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated individual to join our team as a Sales Development Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and qualifying new business opportunities through outbound calls, emails, social media, and other channels.

  • Key Responsibilities:

    ">
    1. Prospect and identify potential clients to establish relationships and generate leads
    2. Support Senior Sales Executives in setting up calls, demos, and meetings with qualified leads
    3. Develop a deep understanding of client products and services to provide tailored solutions
    4. Upsell and resolve client challenges during early interactions
    5. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and ensure the client database is up-to-date
    6. Share insights with the sales team on client trends, needs, and opportunities
    7. Monitor client satisfaction and ensure smooth transitions to senior sales staff
    8. Continuously refine your approach with every interaction and contribute to team success

Candidate Qualifications

  • Requirements:

    ">
    1. Must be 18 years or older
    2. High school diploma required; certification in sales or marketing is a plus
    3. 2 years of experience working with BPO companies is required
    4. Experience in customer/client support is a plus
    5. Strong written and verbal communication skills
    6. Familiarity with sales processes and CRM software
    7. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
    8. Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and adapt to changing priorities
    9. Strong problem-solving, multitasking, and organizational skills
    10. A proactive mindset and eagerness to learn and grow
