Account Development Representative

The role involves generating leads through outbound calls, email campaigns, and referrals to identify and qualify new prospects.

A key responsibility is planning and executing targeted outreach campaigns to high-value prospects, followed by introductory calls to communicate the value of MCI's services.

Appointments are set between qualified leads and the executive team, while CRM management involves logging interactions, tracking progress, and maintaining accurate records in the system.

Market research is conducted to stay informed about competitors and industry trends, which aids in refining targeting strategies.

Effective storytelling around MCI's services is essential to engage and convert prospects.

This remote, entry-level role offers a competitive compensation package with guaranteed base pay and uncapped bonus potential.

Required skills include strong written and verbal communication skills, ability to type 20+ words per minute, basic proficiency in Microsoft Office and Windows OS, and highly reliable, organized, and self-motivated individuals who can manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Preferred candidates have experience in customer service, inside sales, technical support, or administrative roles, especially in a contact center environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead Generation: Identify and qualify new prospects through outbound calls, email campaigns, social media, and referrals.
  • Campaign Execution: Plan and execute targeted outreach campaigns to high-value prospects.
  • Sales Outreach: Make introductory calls and clearly communicate the value of MCI's call center outsourcing and staffing solutions.
  • Appointment Setting: Schedule meetings between qualified leads and the MCI executive team.
  • CRM Management: Log all interactions, track progress, and maintain accurate records in the CRM system.
  • Market Research: Stay informed about competitors and industry trends to refine targeting strategies.
  • Storytelling: Craft compelling narratives around MCI's services to engage and convert prospects.
Qualifications
  • Must be 18 years or older.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to type 20+ words per minute.
  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office and Windows OS.
  • Highly reliable, organized, and self-motivated.
  • Strong problem-solving, multitasking, and time management skills.
  • A customer-first mindset with empathy and professionalism.
  • Team-oriented with a desire to grow and succeed.
