Key Responsibilities:
  • Serve as the main point of contact for customers
  • Provide top-notch customer service by answering questions, solving issues, and offering guidance
  • Maintain knowledge of products, services, and policies to support customers

This position also entails accurately documenting customer interactions and transactions across all tools/platforms, collaborating with other departments to resolve customer issues, and escalating complex problems when necessary.

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication skills, be results-driven, and have a passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences.

Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Experience in customer-facing roles is preferred but not required
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment with flexibility needed on weekends and holidays
