Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our organization. As a technical support expert, you will be responsible for delivering timely and effective resolutions to customer inquiries via phone, chat, or email.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues to resolve complex problems.
  • Guide customers through step-by-step solutions and escalate issues when necessary to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Document all customer interactions accurately in the system to maintain transparency and trust.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, services, and support procedures to stay current and competitive.
Requirements:
  • A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Previous experience in a call center environment is highly valued.
  • A strong command of the English language is essential for success in this role.
  • A typing speed of 20+ words per minute is required to meet productivity standards.
  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) is necessary for daily tasks.
Working Conditions:
