About the Role
As the Talent Acquisition Manager, you will oversee the full recruitment function—strategy, execution, compliance, and team leadership. You will lead a high-performing team to meet headcount goals, ensure a strong candidate pipeline, and align recruitment initiatives with business priorities. This role requires a deep understanding of local market trends and innovative approaches to attracting top talent.
Key Responsibilities
1. Leadership & Team Management
- Lead, coach, and mentor the Talent Acquisition team to consistently deliver on hiring targets.
- Ensure alignment with company vision, values, and EOS processes.
- Hold the team accountable for timely, accurate, and high-priority deliverables.
2. Recruitment Strategy & Market Insights
- Develop and execute recruitment strategies tailored to the Philippines talent market.
- Provide market intelligence on talent availability, salary benchmarks, and sourcing channels.
- Partner with leaders to understand workforce needs and anticipate hiring demands.
3. High-Volume Hiring Excellence
- Drive efficient bulk hiring processes for digital, marketing, and operations roles.
- Maintain a qualified candidate pipeline to meet current and future needs.
- Step in to directly manage priority roles, including leadership positions, when needed.
4. Compliance & Process Management
- Ensure recruitment activities meet DOLE, ISO, and Data Privacy Act (DPA) requirements.
- Maintain accurate applicant records and talent databases.
- Keep job descriptions, job ladders, and talent maps updated.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, Communications, or a related field.
- 5+ years of end-to-end recruitment experience
with proven success in
bulk hiring
. - Strong knowledge of the
Philippines talent market
and recruitment channels. - Experience recruiting for
software and/or digital marketing roles
. - Track record in remote recruitment and managing geographically dispersed teams.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Highly organized, proactive, and able to make sound decisions under pressure.
- Familiarity with recruitment marketing trends and employer branding initiatives.
- Stable internet connection (minimum 25 Mbps) for hybrid work setup.
