About Our Team

The role of HR Generalist encompasses a diverse range of duties aimed at enhancing employee well-being, including resolving human relations issues and promoting overall health.

This individual is responsible for evaluating and resolving various work-related problems, as well as collaborating with management to determine appropriate actions.

An HRBP provides guidance to employees regarding company and governmental rules, regulations, and procedures, emphasizing the importance of compliance.

  • Collaborate with clients to implement strategic retention strategies and activities
  • Coordinate efforts across departments to implement programs, actions, policies, and procedures that directly impact assigned accounts
  • Ensure compliance of assigned accounts with all HR Programs and Initiatives
  • Verify adherence of assigned accounts to the company handbook and/or individual account policies
  • Support the roll-out of HR Programs
  • Conduct New Hire Orientations, exit interviews, employee surveys, and focus group discussions with target participants
Key Responsibilities
  • Manage Employee Engagement Activities (community building, engagement surveys, etc)
  • Offer counseling services to employees
  • Handle employee complaints
  • Organize and facilitate New Hire Orientation sessions
Essential Skills and Qualifications
  • A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in HRBP, labor relations, or employee relations; preferably in the BPO industry
  • Candidates must possess a bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Psychology, Behavioral Science, or equivalent
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Google Workspace applications
  • Ability to adapt to and understand various HR systems applicable for the job
  • Strong time management, multitasking, and organizational skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
