
Human Resources Manager

Job Description
We are looking for an experienced HR professional to support and implement various Human Resources functions, including employee relations, organizational development, recruitment, training, and employee engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as Secretary to the Industrial Relations Committee; manage disciplinary processes and documentation.
- Draft HR-related policies, memos, and disciplinary notices.
- Support HR strategy and organizational development initiatives.
- Conduct interviews and manage the OJT (On-the-Job Training) program with partner schools.
- Coordinate company events, trainings, and employee engagement activities.
- Facilitate exit interviews and support special programs such as incentive trips.
- Perform other HR-related tasks as needed.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Behavioral Science, HR Management, or related fields.
- At least 10 years of HR experience, particularly in Employee Relations, Engagement, Recruitment, Training, and Labor Relations.
- Strong communication, policy drafting, coordination, and organizational skills.
- High attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
