Job Description

We are looking for an experienced HR professional to support and implement various Human Resources functions, including employee relations, organizational development, recruitment, training, and employee engagement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as Secretary to the Industrial Relations Committee; manage disciplinary processes and documentation.
  • Draft HR-related policies, memos, and disciplinary notices.
  • Support HR strategy and organizational development initiatives.
  • Conduct interviews and manage the OJT (On-the-Job Training) program with partner schools.
  • Coordinate company events, trainings, and employee engagement activities.
  • Facilitate exit interviews and support special programs such as incentive trips.
  • Perform other HR-related tasks as needed.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Behavioral Science, HR Management, or related fields.
  • At least 10 years of HR experience, particularly in Employee Relations, Engagement, Recruitment, Training, and Labor Relations.
  • Strong communication, policy drafting, coordination, and organizational skills.
  • High attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
