Job Description

As a key member of our HR team, you will be responsible for delivering an exceptional employee experience by providing empathic and customer service-focused support. You will work closely with the People team to ensure seamless onboarding, offboarding, and ongoing employee engagement.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Supporting employee inquiries and delivering high-level customer service
  • Assisting with the full employee lifecycle, including pre-boarding, onboarding, offboarding, leave administration, and maintaining personnel records

Additionally, you will:

  • Coordinate HR-related documentation, such as employment contracts and performance reviews
  • Manage employee data in HRIS while ensuring data accuracy and integrity

You will also play a critical role in ensuring rigorous quality assurance processes are implemented and followed for all data entry tasks, and develop automation of HR processes to eliminate manual repetitive tasks.

Serving as a point of contact for employee inquiries regarding People policies, procedures, and benefits is another key aspect of this role.

Requirements

To be successful in this position, you will need:

  • A bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 3-5 years of experience in HR administration or a similar role
  • Knowledge of relevant employment laws and regulations
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
  • Proficiency in Google Suite and HRIS software
