Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled customer support professional to deliver exceptional client experiences and ensure that our customers receive the support they need.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues alike.
- Provide world-class customer service via phone, email, and chat channels
- Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
- Escalate complex customer issues to senior team members as needed
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers through regular check-ins and feedback sessions
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer complaints and concerns
- 3+ years of experience in a customer-facing role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- High level of emotional intelligence and empathy
