Job Description:
- Assist the sales team in compiling documentation, generating client quotations, and responding to customer inquiries.
- Ensure prompt and accurate responses to customer needs by coordinating with various departments.
- Develop analysis protocols, create testing schedules, and interpret results to ensure high-quality services.
- Communicate effectively with customers, stakeholders, and colleagues to achieve business objectives.
- Implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Adhere to internal standards, policies, and procedures to ensure consistency and excellence.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Environmental Science, or related field.
- 1-2 years of industry experience.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Intermediate personal computer skills, including email, Microsoft Office, and job task applications.
