Customer Support Professional

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Support Professional to join our team. As a key member of our support team, you will be responsible for providing top-notch customer support via chats and emails, while also building positive and long-lasting relationships with customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer support via chats and emails
  • Build positive and long-lasting relationships with customers
  • Meet team KPIs
  • Stay up-to-date with cutting-edge technology
  • Work securely with customers' sensitive information
  • Apply the latest and greatest customer happiness practices
  • Maintain working knowledge of products and services
  • Communicate effectively with developers and other departments

Requirements:

  • Native Chinese and English upper intermediate (B2 level)
  • At least 6 months of experience in a customer support role
  • Experience with live chats and emails
  • Personal or professional experience in crypto
  • Analytical and research skills
  • Positive and responsible attitude
  • Personal laptop or computer (at least 8Gb of RAM) and a stable internet connection (minimum 50 Mbps–download and 40 Mbps–upload)
