
Virtual Office Administrator

We are seeking a dedicated and organized Virtual Assistant to service our network of businesses worldwide. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support and ensuring the smooth operation of our business.
Required Skills and Qualifications- Minimum of 6 months to 1 year experience as a Virtual Assistant.
- Minimum age of 18 and completion of Senior High School.
- Exceptional phone, email, and instant messaging communication abilities.
- Strong organizational and time management proficiencies.
- Technologically adept, with familiarity in contemporary tools such as desktop sharing, cloud services, and VoIP.
- Proficient in word-processing software and spreadsheets, such as MS Office.
- Familiarity with online calendars and scheduling platforms, such as Google Calendar.
- Demonstrates a proactive attitude and eagerness for training opportunities.
- Able to work the night-shift.

- Organize and manage documents and files efficiently.
- Handle data entry tasks, including compiling lead lists, transcribing meeting minutes, audio recordings, managing payroll information, and organizing research notes.
- Conduct product research, procure goods, and obtain samples securely.
- Maintain, update, and gather information for marketing and sales campaigns using a CRM system.
- Generate and dispatch statements or invoices, monitor payments, and track company expenses.
- Gather data on trends, industry best practices, and other publicly available information to prepare reports for comparative analysis.
- Oversee project progress, facilitate internal communication, and organize company data.
- Coordinate team schedules, preempt scheduling conflicts, and ensure clients are punctual and well-prepared for meetings.
- Arrange travel itineraries, book accommodations, rental vehicles, etc.
- Handle incoming calls, schedule appointments, and conduct informational inquiries.
- Manage email correspondence, follow up on communications, organize inbox according to client preferences, and alert clients regarding important emails.
- Undertake miscellaneous tasks as required.
