We are seeking an exceptional Virtual Assistant to support our team in administrative, operational, and AI-integrated functions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Implement and manage AI tools to enhance business operations by automating tasks and workflows.
  • Support AI-driven systems for member retention, curriculum tracking, staff scheduling optimization, sales and lead management, performance dashboards, cultural feedback, and exit intelligence.
  • Manage calendars, schedules, and email inboxes, ensuring seamless communication and data organization.
  • Organize digital files and documents for easy retrieval, maintaining confidentiality and data integrity.
  • Draft and respond to internal/external communications, showcasing excellent written and verbal skills.
  • Track tasks and progress using tools like ClickUp, Asana, or Trello, ensuring timely completion of projects.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or in a similar administrative/support role, with a strong background in technology and automation.
  • Highly tech-savvy with hands-on experience using AI tools, such as ChatGPT, Notion AI, Jasper, and GrammarlyGO.
  • Familiarity with automation platforms like Zapier or Airtable to streamline tasks and processes.
  • Proficient with productivity and communication tools, including Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, Slack, and Zoom.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality.
  • Able to manage multiple priorities, adapt to new technologies, and demonstrate a willingness to learn and grow.
