HRIS Consultant Role Overview

As a specialist in HR Information Systems, you will play a vital role in advancing the capabilities of our Workday HCM platform. With a strong foundation in one or more areas such as Payroll, Time, Absence, Advanced Compensation, or Benefits, you will be responsible for supporting and implementing Workday solutions to drive business success.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with our HR team to understand business needs and challenges, providing strategic support to drive business outcomes.
  • Provide technical expertise for Workday and other global HR applications, ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance.
  • Configure Workday application tasks and security settings, ensuring compliance with organizational policies and procedures.
  • Administer security for Workday and other global HR systems, maintaining confidentiality and integrity of sensitive data.
  • Conduct thorough impact analyses and prioritize HR technology deliverables, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Implement and configure Workday solutions, leveraging your knowledge of HR programs and systems to drive business value.
  • Define business requirements for integrations, working closely with stakeholders to ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Prepare comprehensive project documentation and training materials, facilitating knowledge transfer and adoption.
Requirements and Qualifications:
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Workday support, with a strong understanding of HR programs and systems.
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong passion for learning new technologies and a curious mindset, driving innovation and improvement.
