Job Opportunity

We are seeking a professional to lead site acquisition and leasing activities on behalf of our company.

The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating site identification packages, leasing packages, including document negotiation and execution, and any necessary zoning, permitting, and regulatory filings.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Overseeing daily operations of assigned projects
  • Interfacing with RF Engineers, Zoning, and Construction personnel to ensure selected sites meet engineering, zoning, and construction requirements
  • Assembling and submitting complete Site Candidate Package (SCIP) for client approval, including initial search ring area, due diligence, and field reconnaissance as required per customer scope
  • Procuring zoning maps, parcel maps, street maps, and deeds for selected sites
  • Coordinating and attending Site Design Visit with RF, Zoning, and Construction Teams
  • Reviewing zoning and construction drawings, making necessary redlines; communicating redlines to A&E firm to ensure changes are made in a timely fashion
  • Negotiating acceptable lease agreement between landlord of approved candidate sites and client, as well as any ancillary easement agreement/s
  • Procuring landlord's signature on lease agreements, zoning application, Limited Power of Attorney, Memorandum of Agreements, Non-disturbance Agreements, and Construction Drawings
  • Preparing zoning applications and attending public hearings and community meetings as required
