Customer Support Administrator

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Customer Support Administrator to join our growing global telecommunications team. The ideal candidate will provide quality customer service, have strong task management skills, and be able to identify problems and provide constructive resolution.

The successful applicant will manage the day-to-day operational components for the service delivery of number porting to customers. This includes process orders using carrier portals and internal databases, coordinating order activities within internal departments, carriers, and resellers.

This is a night shift position that requires working 9pm to 6am local time. The role involves adhering to standard due date guidelines, participating in meetings and training sessions, and contributing to the team's success by accomplishing related tasks and achieving results as needed.

Key responsibilities include escalating issues requiring action or decision-making to the Supervisor/Manager in a timely manner, initiating and maintaining regular communication with resellers and carriers, and resolving order rejects and escalating port order issues to carriers as necessary.

We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented individual who can work well in a team-oriented environment and is willing to work the night shift.
