Job Overview

The role of a System Administrator involves overseeing the management, maintenance, and troubleshooting of computer systems, servers, networks, and software applications to ensure seamless operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Systems Management: Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, servers, network devices, and software applications specific to the telecommunications environment.
  • Performance Monitoring: Regularly monitor system performance, identify potential issues, and troubleshoot to ensure optimal performance.
  • Backup and Recovery: Perform regular backups, data integrity checks, and disaster recovery measures to prevent service disruptions.
  • User Access Control: Manage user accounts, permissions, and access controls in line with industry-specific compliance and security standards.
  • Technical Support: Provide prompt and effective technical support and resolution for user inquiries and technical issues related to telecommunications systems.
Desirable Skills and Experience

Must-haves:

  • Experience in Cisco Unified Communications Manager.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as a System Administrator or in a similar role within the telecommunications industry.
  • Strong knowledge of telecommunications-specific systems and protocols.
Working Conditions
