Senior Talent Acquisitions Specialist

This role entails leading the charge in identifying and securing high-quality talent to fuel our organization's growth.
You will serve as a strategic partner, leveraging your expertise to drive impactful hiring decisions that directly shape our company's future.
Key responsibilities include:
- Strategic Sourcing & Talent Acquisition
- Aggressively source top candidates through direct outreach, cold targeting, social sourcing, Boolean search, industry crossovers, and networking
- Maintain a pipeline of pre-screened, hire-ready candidates for common roles across the organization
- Seek transferable skill sets from adjacent industries (e.g., trades, military, education, hospitality) based on role needs
- Ad Creation & Placement
- Write and manage job postings across multiple platforms (e.g., Indeed, ZipRecruiter, LinkedIn)
- Continuously monitor ad performance, adjust strategy, and improve ROI through A/B testing, targeting, and wording refinement
- Candidate Evaluation & Screening
- Conduct interactive pre-screening calls designed to assess professionalism, communication style, and mission alignment
- Evaluate candidates equally on motivation, responsiveness, and overall interaction throughout the process—not just on technical qualifications
- Critically analyze résumés and employment history to detect inconsistencies, job-hopping patterns, unexplained gaps, or misalignment with role expectations
