Job Role: Talent Acquisition Specialist

We seek a seasoned professional to lead our recruitment efforts, utilizing their expertise in sourcing, interviewing, and evaluating candidates to ensure alignment with our organizational objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Create detailed job descriptions that accurately outline responsibilities and qualifications, ensuring a strong fit with our company culture and hiring needs.
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process using applicant tracking systems (ATS) to streamline tasks, track candidate progress, and maintain organized workflows.
  • Post job openings, source and pre-screen candidates, and conduct thorough preliminary interviews to assess skills, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Coordinate client interviews by scheduling, preparing candidates, and ensuring smooth communication between all parties involved.
  • Manage client relationships, providing regular updates on recruitment progress, candidate pipelines, and addressing any needs or concerns promptly.
  • Conduct background checks on employment and personal references to validate candidate suitability and reliability.
  • Draft and deliver clear and comprehensive employment offers to selected candidates, ensuring transparency on terms and conditions.
  • Maintain consistent communication with candidates throughout the process, providing timely feedback and status updates.
  • Keep the candidate database in Dynamics ATS fully updated, ensuring complete and accurate information for future hiring initiatives.
  • Collaborate with the Human Resources team to build recruitment strategies that attract top talent and improve time-to-hire.
  • Ensure all recruitment and selection activities comply with local and international labor regulations, as well as internal company policies.
Requirements:
  • Education: University degree in Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in recruitment and selection, preferably in the BPO industry or fast-growing environments.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Spanish. English level must be advanced (C1).
  • Ability to conduct effective interviews and assess candidates' technical skills and competencies.
  • Experience using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and talent assessment tools.
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple selection processes simultaneously.
  • Ability to work proactively and take initiative in improving recruitment and selection processes.
