Job Title

As a Product Strategist, you will have a pivotal role in driving product development from concept to launch.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to align product strategy with overall business objectives.
  • Creating and maintaining the product roadmap, ensuring alignment with company goals and market trends.
  • Listening to customer feedback and analyzing user data to identify product solutions and opportunities for improvement.
  • Strategizing and presenting product development ideas to stakeholders, as well as proactively updating them on progress.
  • Managing the product backlog and prioritizing items based on changing requirements.
  • Planning and executing AB tests to optimize product performance and user engagement.
  • Continuously improving the product delivery process by embracing agile principles and methodologies.
Requirements
  • 4-5 years of successful experience in product management or a similar role.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proven experience delivering data-driven solutions with a strategic mindset.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and deliver products on time.
  • Familiarity with software engineering principles and processes.
  • High degree of proficiency in prototyping and growth-focused development.
  • Solid understanding of UX principles and psychology.
