Product Development Expert

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Product Development Specialist to lead our product development process.

  • Lead the development of new products from concept through execution, ensuring high-quality results.
  • Analyze product briefs, conducting thorough research to clarify product specifications.
  • Serve as the expert for product review, ensuring all samples meet aesthetic standards, color accuracy, and functional requirements.
  • Manage relationships with suppliers to ensure quality and optimal pricing, while ensuring all expenditures remain within financial targets.
Key Responsibilities
  • Project Management and Collaboration:
    • Develop multiple project timelines to ensure all projects are completed on schedule.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (design, marketing, quality control, manufacturing) to ensure clear communication and a smooth execution.
    • Monitor project progress, identify potential roadblocks, and proactively address any issues with management.
    • Work with technical designers to create detailed Technical Packs (TPs) and clearly communicate product details and deadlines to factories.
    Requirements
    • A Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred (e.g., Industrial Design, Packaging Engineering).
    • At least 1-3 years of professional experience in product or packaging development.
    • Specific experience in textile or accessories product development is a plus.
