  • Product Sourcing: Source and replenish products to meet forecasted demand, ensuring supply aligns with business objectives.
  • Inventory Analytics & Forecasting: Analyse historical sales data and market trends to inform accurate forecasts and drive business decisions.
  • Spreadsheet & Reporting Mastery: Develop and maintain accurate spreadsheets to track inventory movements, identify discrepancies, and generate reports highlighting potential risks and opportunities.
  • Expiration Management: Track product expiration dates and coordinate with marketing to prioritise sales of items nearing expiration.
  • Sales Channel Impact: Anticipate and manage how new sales channels impact demand, updating forecasting and reordering accordingly.
  • Proactive Reordering: Ensure timely reordering by setting reorder points and monitoring supplier lead times to prevent stockouts and overstock.
  • Inventory Reporting: Deliver clear and timely reports on inventory status, forecasted needs, and potential issues.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, ads, and operations to align inventory planning with business strategies.
