Role Summary

We are seeking a skilled Mental Health Professional to support psychological safety, emotional resilience, and overall mental health within the workplace.

This role involves delivering one-on-one sessions, facilitating small-group sessions, providing timely support for urgent wellbeing needs, and leading training focused on resilience, healthy coping and distress management.

The ideal candidate will be a fully licensed Registered Psychologist or Guidance Counselor with experience in trauma-informed care and resilience-building, and someone who can build trust, engage diverse teams, and respond effectively in fast-paced environments.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Individual Well-Being Sessions: Conduct monthly or on-demand 1:1 well-being sessions, provide same-day crisis intervention support in response to urgent wellbeing needs, and incorporate stress-reduction techniques, coping strategies, and decision-making skills into sessions.
  • Group Sessions: Facilitate monthly small-group sessions focusing on peer support in a psychologically safe space to foster healthy working relationships and social connection. Tailor sessions based on team dynamics, feedback from Team Leads, or insights gained by the wellbeing team.
  • Training & Development: Deliver group training sessions including onboarding, well-being and resiliency training, and annual refresher training. Facilitate additional approved ad hoc training sessions as requested, aligned with organizational needs. Ensure all training is delivered within prescribed timeframes and formats provided by the organization.
