We are seeking an analytical professional to optimize our operational systems and processes, driving efficiency and effectiveness throughout the organization.

This role will focus on streamlining tools and workflows, enhancing user enablement, and supporting scalable operations. Key responsibilities include designing, configuring, maintaining, and improving company-wide tools, as well as collaborating with stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure alignment with business goals.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong analytical mindset, excellent facilitation and collaboration skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders. A background in business administration, operations, data analytics, or IT is preferred, along with 2-4 years of experience in tools and systems optimization, process improvement, and automation.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, operations, data analytics, or IT
  • 2-4 years of experience in tools and systems optimization, process improvement, and automation
  • Proven hands-on experience configuring and improving collaboration and process tools
  • Proven hands-on experience using reporting and analytics tools
  • Strong facilitation and collaboration skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
