Operations Analyst Job Description

The role of Operations Analyst is a great opportunity for an individual to join a dynamic work environment and contribute to an organization that values both people and progress.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Maintain optimal inventory levels by placing accurate orders, ensuring stores are well-stocked
  • Communicate effectively with on-the-ground teams through phone and text to coordinate daily operations
  • Troubleshoot problems as they arise in operational processes
  • Accurately track team hours and activities
  • Hold team members accountable for their responsibilities and performance

The role contributes to the company's broader mission of continuous improvement and operational efficiency.

Daily Tasks Include:
  • Ensuring stores have the right amount of inventory in stock by placing the right orders
  • Communicating effectively with on-the-ground teams by both phone and text to coordinate activities and facilitate operations
  • Troubleshooting problems as they arise in operational processes
  • Checking camera systems to ensure they are operational
  • Placing orders for new inventory
  • Serving as a coordinator between the back office and merchandising team in the field
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or higher
  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience
  • Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills
  • Proficient in mathematics
  • Excellent written and spoken English communication skills
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently
  • At least 50 Mbps internet speed required
  • Designated home office space
