About the role

Sydenham Laboratories, Inc. is seeking a talented QC Analyst to join our dedicated Quality Assurance team. As a QC Analyst, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the highest standards of product quality and safety across our state-of-the-art manufacturing facility in Dasmarinas City Cavite. What you'll be doing

  1. Conducting thorough inspections and testing of raw materials, in-process goods, and finished products to ensure they meet all quality and regulatory standards
  2. Analyzing test data and laboratory results, and documenting findings in detailed reports
  3. Collaborating with production teams to identify and resolve quality issues in a timely manner
  4. Maintaining accurate records and documentation related to quality control processes
  5. Actively contributing to the continuous improvement of our quality management systems
  6. Providing training and guidance to production staff on quality control best practices

What we're looking for

  1. Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Chemistry, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or Quality Assurance and a Chemist and/or Chemical Technician License
  2. Minimum 2 years of experience as a QC Analyst in pharmaceutical or healthcare product manufacturing
  3. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail
  4. Experience with HPLC, UV-Vis spectroscopy, dissolution testing, and microbiological assays
  5. Knowledge of FDA, WHO-GMP, and Philippine FDA regulations for pharmaceutical manufacturing
  6. Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams
  7. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
  8. Amenable to a Monday to Saturday shifting schedule
