Are you a strategic and technically proficient professional with expertise in Salesforce (Sales Cloud) configuration, optimization, and administration?

This role is ideal for someone who can serve as both a strategic partner and hands-on practitioner, helping clients streamline their Go-To-Market operations by aligning business processes with scalable, data-driven systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with GTM leadership to understand business goals, sales and marketing strategies, and operational needs.
  • Translate high-level strategic objectives into technical requirements and actionable implementation plans.
Systems Design & Architecture
  • Architect, configure, and optimize Salesforce (SFDC) to align with client-specific GTM processes.
  • Implement and manage key integrations with tools such as HubSpot, Marketo, Outreach, ZoomInfo, Clari, and CPQ platforms.
  • Design scalable solutions for lead lifecycle management, opportunity tracking, ABM, and customer success workflows.
Process Improvement & Documentation
  • Analyze existing GTM processes, identify inefficiencies, and design streamlined, scalable workflows.
  • Create and maintain detailed technical documentation, process maps, and training materials to support user adoption.
Data Strategy & Reporting
  • Establish Salesforce as a single source of truth for revenue data across the GTM tech stack.
  • Build and maintain dashboards and reports to provide actionable insights and support data-driven decision-making.
  • Ensure clean data capture, proper attribution, and reliable reporting structures across systems.
Client Enablement & Support
  • Provide training and enablement to client teams to ensure effective use and adoption of new systems and processes.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients by offering guidance on system governance, best practices, and change management.

Required qualifications include 3–5 years of experience in revenue operations, sales operations, marketing operations, or a similar role. A strong analytical mind, ability to interpret and act on complex data sets, and proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, and CRM/reporting tools are also essential.

Preferred qualifications include Salesforce certifications, experience working in a consulting or agency environment, and knowledge of ABM strategy and tooling within Salesforce.
