Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze key metrics to measure product performance and customer success.
  • Perform regular ad-hoc analyses through requests from business and product stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with the Product Team to analyze, understand, and communicate future growth opportunities.
  • Develop business cases, operating models, and financial plans while working with product managers, sales, marketing, and finance teams.
  • Ensure all stakeholders are aligned for operational status surrounding products and business lines.
Requirements
  • At least 2 years of experience in consulting or product operations.
  • A bachelor's degree required from a reputable university, preferably in an analytical field (e.g. Natural Sciences, Engineering, Computer Science, Economics, or Finance).
  • Strong proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, and SQL.
  • Ability to learn and adapt to other data analytics tools.
  • Close attention to detail.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. Strong team player.
  • Self-starter with the ability to learn quickly and independently.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in English, with the ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
