Job Title: System Operations Manager

This is a high-impact role that requires strategic thinking, technical expertise, and excellent collaboration skills. As our ideal candidate, you will have hands-on experience with HubSpot ownership in a growth-stage B2B SaaS environment.

About the Role:

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead the development of our revenue systems. The successful candidate will be responsible for architecting and maintaining our entire GTM infrastructure across CRM, Marketing, and Sales Hubs.

  • Design and implement lifecycle stages, lead scoring, campaign tracking, and custom fields
  • Develop scalable systems for lead attribution, routing, and data enrichment
  • Evaluate operational gaps and propose strategic solutions for fast execution

Responsibilities:

The right candidate will possess advanced automation, reporting, and integration skills. They should also have a strong operational mindset, allowing them to design scalable systems and communicate complex concepts to non-technical teams.

  • Partner with Marketing to refine UTM strategy and campaign builds
  • Collaborate with Sales leadership on pipeline structure and performance workflows
  • Deliver always-accurate, decision-ready reports

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you must have at least 4 years of experience as a HubSpot owner in a similar environment. You should also hold HubSpot Certifications and have advanced skills in automation, reporting, and integrations.
