Job Overview

As a remote technical support specialist, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to clients via phone, chat, or email.

The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a problem-solving attitude, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Respond to inbound technical support requests and diagnose hardware, software, and network issues.

Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
  • Previous call center experience.
  • Work from home experience.
  • Strong command of the English language.
  • Typing speed of 20+ words per minute.
  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
