
Senior Client Partnerships Manager

This role involves leading key account and customer management, ensuring customer satisfaction and long-term relationships. Responsibilities include managing customer needs, delivering speedy and quality action to changing customer needs, market conditions, and competitor activity. This will involve managing customer accounts, ensuring good credit status and effective cash collections, preventing contract terminations, and achieving customer retention.
Key Account / Customer Management- Manage customer needs and ensure customer satisfaction and long term relationship
- Deliver speedy and quality action to changing customer needs, market conditions and competitor activity
- Manage customer's account and ensure good credit status and effective cash collections
- Prevent contract terminations and achieve customer retention
- Conduct weekly alignment meetings
- Ensure communication and understanding of company objectives and policies among team members
- Lead synergy with cross-functional teams and managers
- Drive cash collection and achieve DSO target across the customer base
- Ensure customer credit is kept within targeted guidelines
- Ensure team understanding and compliance to agreed policy on credit management
- Deliver outstanding customer care service through customer contact strategy
- Continuously improve customer needs by developing good customer relationships
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to develop strategic approaches and customer solutions

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's Degree in Agriculture major in Entomology, Microbiology or BS Biology, with 2 to 3 years related experience in Sales and/or Customer Service Relationship. Excellent communication skills and proficiency in MS Office are essential.
