Job Description

We are seeking an experienced leader to drive strategic client engagements and lead the development of customised research solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of delivering high-quality results, leading cross-functional teams, and contributing to thought leadership across the region.

The successful candidate will oversee large-scale projects, guide team members, and ensure project profitability and operational excellence. They will also play a key role in client retention by maintaining strong relationships and driving satisfaction metrics such as Net Promoter Score (NPS).

The role requires excellent leadership and mentoring capabilities, deep expertise in both quantitative and qualitative research, and proven ability to lead strategic client engagements. Strong storytelling and presentation skills, prioritisation and problem-solving skills, and ability to manage multiple projects and competing deadlines are essential.

The ideal candidate will have 7–12 years of experience in market research or consulting, a Bachelor's degree (postgraduate qualifications preferred), and be able to work cross-functionally and globally. They should also have an innovative mindset and commercial acumen.
