Business Banking Leader

This leadership role oversees the development and implementation of business strategies for the middle market segment.

  • Expand our business by acquiring new individual and corporate accounts through strategic partnerships, targeted marketing, and relationship-building.
  • Manage a portfolio of existing Business Line and Regular accounts with credit facilities in the middle market segment, ensuring timely loan processing and maintaining strong client relationships.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement strategies that improve credit quality and drive growth in the middle market segment.
  • Provide insightful analysis and recommendations to inform business decisions, leveraging data-driven insights to optimize performance.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies, fostering a culture of risk awareness and management.
  • Develop and maintain effective working relationships with stakeholders, including clients, colleagues, and external partners.
Responsibilities:
  1. Acquire new individual & Corporate Business Line accounts: Identify opportunities, build relationships, and close deals through strategic partnerships and targeted marketing efforts.
  2. Manage existing Business Line and Regular accounts: Ensure timely loan processing, maintain strong client relationships, and provide exceptional customer service.
  3. Develop and implement strategies: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive growth in the middle market segment, leveraging data-driven insights and best practices.
  4. Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and internal policies, fostering a culture of risk awareness and management.
  5. Stakeholder Relationships: Develop and maintain effective working relationships with stakeholders, including clients, colleagues, and external partners.
