Job Summary

The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in building and managing a skilled caregiver team, fostering seamless matches between caregivers and clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Caregiver Team Management: Ensure high-quality matches between caregivers and clients.
  • Client Support: Respond to inquiries from prospective clients, providing accurate and timely information about services.
  • Caregiver Recruitment: Recruit caregivers through various channels, including job boards and social media.
  • Scheduling Coordination: Coordinate caregiver schedules, ensuring 100% accuracy and fully staffed client schedules.
  • HR Administration: Maintain accurate HR records in the CRM and ensure billing and payroll accuracy for invoicing.
Requirements:
  • Experience: At least 2 years of experience in staffing or customer service in a healthcare setting.
  • Recruiting Experience: Strong recruiting experience and attention to detail.
  • Personal Qualities: Reliable, coachable, curious, and committed to succeed; ability to identify these qualities in candidates.
  • Problem-Solving Ability: Problem-solving ability and independent work capability.
  • Organizational Skills: Strong organizational skills and excellent telephone and interpersonal skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Senior Service Experience: Experience in a senior service setting is preferred.
  • Educational Background: High School Diploma required; some college preferred.
