Quality Analyst for Healthcare BPO

We are currently looking for Quality Analyst to be part of our growing AR Team

As a Quality analyst you'll play a vital role in ensuring the delivery of high quality customer service and the accurate processing of account receivables for our healthcare clients.

What you'll be doing

  • Monitoring and evaluating the quality of customer service interactions to identify areas for improvement
  • Conducting regular quality audits and providing detailed feedback to the customer service team
  • Analyzing account receivables data to identify trends and potential issues
  • Resolving complex customer inquiries and complaints related to billing and payments
  • Collaborating with the finance team to ensure accurate and timely processing of account receivables
  • Providing regular reports and recommendations to the management team
  • Participating in process improvement initiatives to enhance the overall customer experience

What we're looking for

  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in a quality assurance or customer service role, preferably in the healthcare industry
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify and address issues
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with customers and team members
  • Experience in account receivables management or billing operations
  • Knowledge of healthcare industry regulations and compliance requirements
  • Proficient in using data analysis tools and software
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
