    The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or related field, along with experience supervising a team and providing successful results of services/outcomes measured. A Master's degree is also desirable. Expertise in SQL and SSRS, including writing complex SELECT statements, expert-level experience with JOINs, WHERE clauses, common syntax, and temporary tables, correct use of conditional filters, nested subqueries, efficient use of indexes, and query optimization, is required. Experience in data warehousing and Quality Assurance (QA) is preferred. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including writing complex formulas, using VLOOKUPs, creating pivot tables, and creating dashboards, is also desired.\
