Job Summary:

The role of a Senior Governance and Assurance Professional involves providing critical support to various functions within the organization. This includes ensuring robust risk and control processes are in place, aligned with the organization's policies and standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Risk Management:
    • Monitor submissions from Transaction Banking Group - Cash Management units for adherence to regulatory requirements.
    • Coordinate information security policy implementation and procedure adherence.
    • Review and encode risk and compliance assessments in the organizational risk management system.
    • Evaluate incident reports for completeness.
  • Examination Support:
    • Support business units during and post-examination field work.
    • Oversee completion of action items from conducted independent compliance testing.
    • Escalate non-compliance issues and track examination findings.
  • Administrative Tasks:
    • Submit timely and accurate reports, such as accounts entitlement review and anti-money laundering department checks.
  • Other Responsibilities:
    • Perform assigned tasks accurately and on time, adhering to organizational policies.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree holder
  • 7+ years of experience in Compliance or related field
  • Preferably from the banking industry
  • Strong written, verbal, and collaboration skills
