We are seeking a skilled and proactive individual to provide top-notch customer support via live chat.
The ideal candidate will be comfortable interacting with customers through computer-based communication and have a keen eye for detail.
This full-time position involves responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues in a timely and professional manner, and providing accurate information about products and services.
Responsibilities:- Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues through live chat
- Providing product information and company policies
- Assisting customers with orders, returns, and shipments
- Troubleshooting technical issues and providing instructions
- Escalating complex issues to senior staff or supervisors
- Maintaining a comprehensive knowledge base of products, services, and policies
- Proactively identifying and addressing customer concerns
- Building rapport and establishing positive relationships with customers
- Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions
- Collaborating with other support team members
- Staying up-to-date with product updates and industry trends
- 2 years of LIVE CHAT customer support experience
- Proficient written and spoken English
- Experience with help desk software and remote support tools
- Familiarity with CRM tools
- 1 year of Team Leader/Supervisor experience (optional)
- Possession of own work-from-home equipment
- Fully remote work arrangement
