About the Role

Responsibilities
  • Respond to customer inquiries via multiple channels (chat, email, phone)
  • Handle product information, order tracking, returns, and account concerns

  • Stay informed on product updates and support practices to ensure consistent customer experiences
Requirements
  • Excellent written and spoken English communication skills
  • At least 1 year of hands-on experience with Shopify and Gorgias
  • Comfortable working independently and handling multiple conversations simultaneously
  • Empathetic, patient, and reliable when addressing customer concerns
  • Team-oriented with a strong work ethic and attention to detail
