Role Overview

This is a specialized role that focuses on delivering exceptional customer experiences for enterprise clients. As an Enterprise CX Specialist, you will be responsible for providing timely and effective support to our clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.

">Key Responsibilities
  • Provide outstanding customer service via various channels, including chat, email, and phone.
  • Identify and diagnose complex technical issues, using problem-solving skills to resolve them efficiently.
  • Guide clients through product features and functionality, communicating clearly and patiently.
  • Manage high-volume ticket queues, prioritizing tasks based on urgency and service level agreements.
  • Contribute to the development of knowledge base articles, improving support resources for clients.
  • Collaborate closely with developers and technical teams to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Adapt quickly to changing priorities and new product updates.
  • Identify patterns in client issues, communicating insights to improve products and processes.
  • Act as a client advocate, ensuring their voices are heard and their needs are met.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in customer-facing roles, preferably in software support environments. They should possess excellent problem-solving skills, strong communication abilities, and the ability to thrive in fast-paced environments.

  • Proven experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in software support environments.
  • Experience supporting B2B and/or enterprise clients.
  • Exceptional problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
  • Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and written.
  • Strong technical aptitude and ability to quickly learn new software and systems.
  • Customer-first mentality, with empathy, proactivity, and a willingness to go beyond scripted solutions.
  • Self-starter with a passion for learning and continuous improvement.
  • Flexibility to work varied schedules, including night shifts.
