We are seeking a Customer Experience Coordinator to join our team.

About the Role

This role is responsible for providing exceptional customer support by researching issues and offering solutions. The coordinator will be the front-line point of contact for customers who need to get quotes, order parts, and follow up on orders.

Responsibilities include:

  • Presenting ideas and solutions to improve performance, processes, and company policies;
  • Participating in team activities such as town halls, team huddles, and updates;
  • Responding and resolving customer queries through tickets and phone calls;
  • Researching information and resolutions for customer issues and inquiries;
  • Processing quotes and orders for customers;
  • Coordinating with other departments to resolve customer issues;
Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • A bachelor's degree;
  • Three years of experience in the BPO or shared services industry;
  • Three years of experience handling customers via calls or emails;
Preferred Skills

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Technical skills including basic knowledge of Microsoft programs;
  • Familiarity with Salesforce and InContact (CRM) is preferred;
  • ERP knowledge such as AS400, Visual, SyteLine, Oracle is a plus;
  • Strong English communication skills (oral and written);
  • Negotiation, problem-solving, attention to detail, research skills, and decision-making;
