Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Technical Expert to join our Revenue Operation Department.

This role requires a skilled professional with a passion for solving customer problems through creative technical solutions. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for engaging in functional and technical discussions with customers, understanding their requirements and pain points.

The ideal candidate will have 2-4 years of experience in a Solutions Engineering or similar technical customer-facing role. They will be able to design and present solutions that demonstrate the product's value, addressing customer needs effectively.

Main Responsibilities:
  1. Customer Engagement: Engage in functional and technical discussions with customers, understanding their requirements and pain points.
  2. Solution Design: Design and present solutions that demonstrate the product's value, addressing customer needs effectively.
  3. Needs Assessment: Conduct needs assessments and solution-finding sessions, including technical questionnaires, for customers with varying levels of complexity.
Support & Collaboration:
  1. Tech Support: Provide technical expertise to Sales and Customer Success teams, supporting them in achieving revenue goals.
  2. Product Demos: Develop and deliver impactful product demonstrations, tailoring them to specific audiences, verticals, and customer needs.
  3. Proposal Response: Contribute to proposal responses (RFIs/RFPs, tenders), addressing functional and technical requirements.
Continuous Development:
  • Knowledge Sharing: Stay updated on best practices and product knowledge, sharing insights with internal teams.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with colleagues on technical solutions and problem-solving strategies.
Key Qualifications:
  1. Experience: 2-4 years of experience in a Solutions Engineering or similar technical customer-facing role.
