We are seeking an experienced Learning Experience Designer to join our team. As a Learning Experience Designer, you will play a crucial role in the application of instructional design strategies and methodologies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Developing learner-centered training programs that cater to diverse learning needs and provide measurable outcomes.
  • Conducting thorough analyses to identify situations that require targeted training solutions.
  • Designing and implementing effective learning assessment strategies and instruments to measure learner progress.
  • Collaborating with stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of training programs into organizational frameworks.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Proven expertise in adult learning, instructional design, and evaluation principles and practices.
  • Familiarity with E-Learning design principles and experience with courseware authoring tools (e.g., Adobe Captivate, Articulate Storyline).
  • Strong technical skills and ability to adapt to new software applications.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills for successful collaboration with cross-functional teams.
