Job Description:

As a Senior Training Lead, you will play a pivotal role in elevating our training programs to new heights. With 3-5+ years of experience in training development and leadership, particularly in customer service environments, you will lead the development and execution of advanced training initiatives.

You will oversee all aspects of training sessions, workshops, and seminars, ensuring comprehensive coverage of various channels, including voice. Your expertise will be instrumental in assessing and enhancing learner performance through detailed feedback and creating presentations for weekly huddles.

Proactively identifying knowledge gaps, you will develop strategic training programs that collaborate with Subject Matter Experts and departments to design and implement learning solutions. You will apply advanced instructional design theories and methods to create high-impact training materials, evaluating and refining training effectiveness using various assessment methods.
