Job Summary

The Technical Operations Specialist will be responsible for providing top-notch technical support and services to customers, including remote helpdesk support, network maintenance, troubleshooting, modifications, and upgrades of all facilities.

  • Provide remote helpdesk support to affiliate employees for various platforms, including Microsoft Windows, MacOS, Android, iOS, and Microsoft 365 apps.
  • Assist with network maintenance, troubleshooting, modifications, and upgrades of all facilities, including its affiliates.
  • Support major browsers, applications, and networks, including Fortinet FortiGate Gateways, Microsoft Azure servers, and SentinelOne.
  • Pre-Sales Support: Assist pre-sales engineering team, sales teams, and customers with Wi-Fi coverage heat map design and generating sample BOM lists.
  • Post-Sales Support: Provide Mikrotik post-sales support to customers after they purchase a Mikrotik product.

Key responsibilities also include RMA Processes, Monitoring user/customer requests, and Assistance with department process documentation. The focus will be on end user and internal network monitoring and support.

The successful candidate will work closely with the pre-sales engineering team, sales teams, and customers to provide excellent technical support and services.
